Consumer agreement to trying new fishery products at restaurants EU-28 2016
This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents were asked whether they try new fishery and aquaculture products in restaurants or on special occasions in the European Union (EU-28) in 2016, by country. Respondents from Italy have the highest levels of adventurous out of home fish consumers at 73 percent, followed by Sweden at 72 percent.
