Alternative treatment for gastrointestinal problems among U.S. adults 2017, by gender
This statistic shows the number of times adults with gastrointestinal problems in the U.S. sought treatment from an alternative practitioner in the past year as of February 2017, by gender. It was found that 87 percent of female respondents did not receive treatment for their gastrointestinal problems from an alternative practitioner or therapist, compared to 70 percent of males.
