US adults who believe their doctor is up-to-date on new drugs by ethnicity 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in the United States in February 2017, by ethnicity. U.S. adults that have at least one general practitioner (GP) that they see when they are ill, were asked if they feel that their GP is up-to-date with regards to new drug developments and pharmaceutical research. In total, 28 percent of Black or African American respondents and 36 percent of Hispanic Americans or Latinos indicated that they feel their GP is always up-to-date with regards to new drugs and research.
