This statistic depicts the share of consumers who buy items other than petrol (such as sweets, groceries and beverages) when at a petrol station in the United Kingdom in 2017, by household income. The survey results showed that of respondents earning 20,000 British pounds or less annually, 10 percent claimed to shop in petrol stations 'very frequently'. In comparison, those with an annual net household income of 50,000 British pounds were more likely to shop at 'very frequently', at 19 percent.
