Attractive investment sectors for investors Europe

This statistics illustrates the most attractive sectors for real estate investments according to European property investors as of 2018. Responses are from the EMEA investor intentions survey, which provides a comprehensive look into the intentions and trends in the real estate investment sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It can be seen that industrial real estate was the most attractive sector for investment, with 32.7 percent of investors stating this at that time, ahead of logistics** (27.4 percent) and office (26.4 percent).Residential and retail rounded out the top five most attractive sectors at that time, with a share of 21.5 percent and 9.6 percent respectively.
