This statistic shows the turnover of gluten-free products in food retailers in Germany in 2013/14 and 2014/15, by product group. Sliced bread makes up the largest portion of the gluten-free market with a value of 18.28 million euros in 2014/15, followed by rice crackers at 9.07 million euros. The total turnover of gluten-free products in Germany amounted to 71.56 million euros in 2013/14, which has increased by approximately 17 million euros in the space of one year to 89 million euros by 2014/15.
