Italy: summer holiday budget by destination 2017
This statistic shows the summer holiday budgets of Italians aged between 18 and 65 in 2017, broken down by destination. According to this survey, more than 70 percent of outbound holiday-makers are going on a high value holiday in 2017. Around one in five will be camping or renting a room or a house abroad, compared to one in four domestic tourists. Furthermore, 20 percent of domestic tourists will not have to pay for accommodation.
