U.S. consumer reasons calling out brands on social media 2017
This statistic presents the reasons why consumers in the United States call out brands on social media as of July 2017. According to the findings, 60 percent of consumers reported that they had called out brands on social media due to dishonest behavior. Additionally, 57 percent of consumers stated their reason was due to in-person rudeness, while 31 percent said that online rudeness was their cause of calling out brands.
