This statistic shows the reasons consumers in the United States shop at Amazon and Walmart for health and beauty aids (HBA) as of November 2016. During the survey, the most common reason reported for shopping at both retailers was price, with 90.4 percent of Walmart customers and 79.3 percent of Amazon customers citing it as a reason for shopping at their respective retailer.
