FROB: aid granted to banks and their recovery 2009-2016

The statistics show the distribution of public aid granted by the FROB for the restructuring of the Spanish banking system between 2009 and 2016. During this period, the Ordained Banking Restructuring Fund recovered slightly more than 4.8 billion euros from almost 59 billion euros euros invested in the rescue of Spanish banks.

2. Compensation commitments granted to entities that have acquired entities in resolution, related for the most part with legal contingencies.
