As the CAS questionnaire was modified in 2009, FTEs in December fixed-term contracts were not collected for the period 2002-2008. They were estimated by monthly average FTEs paid. From SAE 2011, only health facilities are surveyed. Social, medical-social and training establishments are now excluded from the field. "
