Out of supply: impossibility for a city or hospital pharmacy to dispense a medicine to a patient within 72 hours.

The source adds the following information: "Calculated indicators for the declarations created from February 1, 2015. Consolidated figures for 318 operating laboratories. Products missing for at least 72 hours for at least 5% of pharmacies reporting to a subscriber laboratory (-> pharmacies connected to DP-Ruptures via their business software). "
