Barriers to the consumption of organic products France 2022

Across all types of organic food consumers and non-consumers, the first reason preventing them from consuming more of this type of food is the price, deemed too expensive. French consumers also doubt the ability of a product to be completely organic from start to finish.
It is worth noting that almost 45 percent of the respondents who do not consume any organic products declare having no interest in doing so.
