U.S. traditional manufacturing: real valued added 2000-2016
This time series represents the real value added from the traditional manufacturing sector in the United States between 2000 and 2016. Not taking into account the manufacture of computers, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, the manufacturing sector added some 1.5 trillion U.S. dollars to the U.S. economy in 2016.
