Main sources of information about financial services in Chile 2016

The graph shows data on the main sources of information regarding financial products and services in Chile. On a survey carried out in 2016, approximately 54 percent of respondents said that the most influential source of information about financial products and services was advertising from financial institutions. In addition, up to 30 percent of respondents stated that the main channel of institutional advertising was the financial institution's own staff.
