Italy: main issues in dealing with customers in 2016
This statistic displays the survey results about main issues in dealing with customers, reported in Italy in 2016. According to the responding companies, one of the most common problems was getting information on an internal level in real time, while 33 percent of respondents declared that not connecting with business tools for order and service management was a common issue. Overall a quarter of respondents said that time spent to input data on business tools had bad impact on relationship with customer.
