Daiichi Sankyo's female employee rate consolidated FY 2015-2017
The statistic shows the rate of female employees working for Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries in Japan and overseas in fiscal years 2015 to 2017. In fiscal year 2017, almost 34 percent of employees of the Japanese pharmaceutical company were women. Roughly 21.3 percent of management position were held by women.
