Main customer priorities when switching energy suppliers in Great Britain vary according to age groups. Of all age groups surveyed, between 83 and 86 percent of them considered saving money as their main priority when switching energy supplier. Following, all age groups surveyed considered avoiding price rise as their second main priority. Furthermore, 14 percent of respondents between 35 and 64 year old wanted a 'greener' tariff.
