This statistic shows the revenue distribution of big pharma companies, according to their business strategy, as of 2017. Among big pharma companies with a focused business strategy, 86 percent of their revenues came from the pharmaceutical business. Comparatively, among pharma companies with a diversified business strategy, only 39 percent of their revenues came from the same business. Examples for companies with a clear pharma focus are AbbVie, AstraZeneca, BMS, Eli Lilly, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche, Sanofi.
