Media spending of the food, beverage and tobacco industries the Netherlands 2010-2016
This statistic shows the gross media expenditure of the food, beverage and tobacco industries in the Netherlands from 2010 to 2016 (in thousand euros). Between 2010 and 2016, the media spending of companies in the food, beverage and tobacco industries decreased. Whereas in 2010, expenditure had been nearly one billion euros, by 2012 this had decreased to just over 825 million euros. After 2012, expenditure on media increased again. In 2016, the gross media expenditure reached nearly 900 million euros.
