Eastern Europe: largest M&A deals | Statista

According to data provided by the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) the largest M&A deal completed between 2001 and 2016 was the acquisition of TNK-BP Ltd by NK Rosneft' in 2012, valuing 41.8 billion euros. This was followed by acquisitions by Yukosneftegaz (2003) and Gazprom (2005) with deals amounting to 12.4 billion euros and 10.9 billion euros respectively.
