Netherlands: preferred DIY product purchase channels 2015-2020

The survey results show that over the course of these five years, the percentage of Dutch consumers, who preferred to buy hardware items in physicial stores, had declined from over 80 percent to roughly 75 percent. Online shopping did increase within the mentioned time frame, however.
