Share of people sometimes lighting fireworks in Netherlands 2016-2019, by age group
The statistic displays the results of a survey the share of people sometimes lighting fireworks on the days around New Year's Eve (December 28th up to and including January 1st) in the Netherlands from 2016 to 2019, by age group. The survey results indicate that among those surveyed, respondents aged between 18 and 24 years were most likely to sometimes light fireworks. Close to 70 percent of 18 to 24 year olds indicated that they sometimes light fireworks in 2019, while 31 percent of respondents over 50 years of age indicated that they light fireworks on occasion.
