Italy: management of social media-gathered information in health centers 2018
This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted among people employed in the healthcare sector about the management of information and feedbacks gathered through social media in health centers in Italy as of 2018. According to data, most of the respondents stated that in their health facilities there was the custom to analyze only some of the information collected, but in an unstructured way. Only four respondents stated that in their place of work some of the data and feedbacks gathered through social media were processed following a structured path.
