Willingness to pay for collecting groceries ordered online in Netherlands 2016-2018
Between 2016 and 2018, the amount which consumers in the Netherlands were willing to pay extra to have the grocery shop they ordered online collected or assembled decreased steadily. In 2016, consumers included in the Deloitte Consumer Survey indicated that they were willing to spend just over 3.30 euros for this extra service, while by 2018 this figure had declined to just under 2.70 euros in total.
