Average monthly earnings per employee in Singapore 2013-2022, by gender
In 2021, the mean monthly earnings for a female employee was around 5.5 thousand Singapore dollars, while that for a male employee was about seven thousand Singapore dollars. Although the earnings for both males and females had increased, the gap between the mean monthly employees have not been decreased in the past ten years.
