E-mail marketing performance metrics worldwide 2020, by business type
A study of global e-mail marketing performance metrics in the first half of 2020 analyzed e-mails sent out by different business types. According to the findings, B2C e-mails had slightly higher unique open rates, at 25 percent compared to 22 percent for B2B e-mails, while messages sent out by associations recorded a 19 percent unique open rate at that time.
