Organic products available in commercial restaurants in France 2019, by type of offer
Among the restaurants providing organic products on their menus, a majority offer only some ingredients of organic origin, instead of whole meals cooked with entirely organic elements. However, 34 percent of restaurants do have entirely organic meals on their menus, and 15 percent even offer entirely organic menus. There is indeed a real interest from French consumers for organic food offers in the restaurant industry.
