Reach is defined as the percentage of visitors that visited specific content at least once during a certain period. The Netherlands has two different methods to measure online reach (in Dutch: bereik) of brands: GfK DAM and the "Nederlands Online Bereiksonderzoek" or NoBO. The numbers provided here are from the latter.

According to NoBO, Facebook had an online reach of 75 percent in the Netherlands in July 2019. This is an increase when compared to the same period one year before. Dutch audiences were most exposed to Facebook on their smartphone. Facebook was deemed to be the Netherlands' second biggest social media platform in 2018.
