This statistic shows the result of a survey on the most important food criteria for hotel restaurant visitors in Denmark in 2016. As of November 2016, a share of 48 percent of respondents stated that a hotel restaurant should focus on preparing tasty dishes. The freshness of the served food was important for a share of 36 percent, followed by high quality food (33 percent).
