In this report, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) examines the National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA) planned spending changes for 2011 in the development of an online internet archive. The report reviews the legislative compliance of the new NARA spending plan, the NARA's implementation of previous GAO recommendations, and gives new recommendations in ways to improve NARA project oversight.
