Brazil: top e-commerce delivery criteria 2023

In a survey conducted in September 2023, around 84 percent of online shoppers surveyed in Brazil cited free shipping as the most important delivery-related criteria for their e-commerce purchases. In contrast, some 24 percent selected environmentally-friendly packaging.
