Natural gas penetration rate in Russia 2011-2022
The natural gas penetration rate across households in Russia has gradually increased since 2011, reaching 73 percent at the end of 2022, up one percent from in the previous year. In total, nearly 475 billion cubic meters of natural gas were consumed in the country in 2021.
