In 2018, 48.5 percent of respondents found that fallen branches was the most commonly found type of dirt or litter in Singapore playgrounds. Other types of dirt mentioned were cigarette butts and used tissue paper. According to the survey, hawker centers and coffee shops were the sites where more respondents report encountering dirt.
