Contact support for work related cybersecurity problems in France 2019

In France in 2019, the contact person employees consulted most often when confronted with a cybersecurity issue was their IT department. The manager was mentioned by 39 percent of French employees as a second person to contact. In event of cyberthreats, the sample also mentioned getting help from colleagues (26 percent) and 21 percent would turn to the internal communication department as well as the general management.
