Ecommerce suites GMV of SaaS vendors score Q2 2020

The German company SAP topped the score ranking released by Forrester Research about the gross merchandise value (GMV) of SaaS (software-as-a-service) vendors. SAP and Adobe reported both five score points, indicating the highest merchandise value among the evaluated 13 vendors.
Together with customer acquisition and product revenue, the GMV measures the market presence of an online e-commerce.
