Online sales channels for organic products in Italy in 2019, by age group
The 25-34 age group was the most likely to shop through generic e-commerce portals like Amazon, while the importance of this sales channel was greatly inferior for other age-groups. This age-group was also the least fond of organic products distributors´ websites. Also, just seven percent of them would visit online portals for subscription-based purchase. Moreover, generic supermarkets' websites were the most popular channel among respondents aged between 55 and 64 years.
