Brazil: volume of messaging via chatbots 2022

As of July 2022, the monthly average message traffic via chatbots in Brazil amounted to 4.5 billion messages, including text and voice messages. This number is double the 2.2. billion monthly messages registered in 2020, when the traffic also doubled from 2019.
