University enrollment in agriculture programs in Ghana 2019, by institution
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) registered the highest number of students (2,372) studying agriculture as a tertiary program in Ghana in 2019, and this was followed by the University of Ghana with 1,764 students in the field. As of the same year, University for Development Studies (UDS) recorded the lowest number of students (105) pursuing the agriculture program. On average, there were more students studying agriculture at public universities than private ones.
