Brazil: digital insurances contracted by the banking sector 2018-2019
In 2019, the banking industry contracted approximately three million insurances through digital channels in Brazil. This figure shows an increase of around 250 percent in comparison to the previous year, when the number of digital insurances issued by banks in the South American country added up to 850 thousand.
