A study conducted among marketing professionals in the United Sates in March 2019 evaluated the state of personalization usage among them. According to the findings, 96 percent of respondents from the music / media / movies sector said they were using personalization as part of their marketing efforts. The same was true for 95 percent of marketers for both gardening, and arts and crafts product categories.
