Opinions on outcomes of women access to senior management positions in Italy 2020
According to a recent survey, a majority of Italians believed that providing women with better access to senior management positions would have positive impacts. In particular, 80 percent of the respondents agreed this would bring a fresh perspective among large companies' leaders, providing a greater ability to innovate and think differently. Moreover, three quarters of the Italian respondents believed better access for women in leadership positions would have positive consequences on business growth, a proportion considerably higher than that registered in other G7 countries answering the same question.
