Colombia: key figures on the BPO market 2020
In 2019, Colombia recorded approximately 1.17 billion U.S. dollars in international BPO sales, a growth of 9.6 percent compared to the previous year. In addition, between July 2020 and 2022, revenues in the sector were set to grow by 3.8 percent in the South American country. Meanwhile, BPO services in Mexico were expected to generate revenues of around 2.4 billion dollars in 2020.
