Between 1992 and 2020, the sales volumes of both olives and olive oil with a protected designation of origin (PDO/AOC) label have fluctuated. The sales volume of PDO/AOC olive oil went from 249 tons in 1992, to 1.09 thousand tons in 2020. At its highest in 2008, the sales volume reached 1.9 thousand tons.
