EV sales in Argentina by vehicle type 2020-2022

In 2022, Argentina recorded a growth of a third of the amount of electric vehicle sales in 2021. Most of these vehicles were hybrid electric cars, of which nearly 7,600 units were sold. Plug-in electric vehicles have also gained in popularity, with 261 battery-electric vehicle sales in 2022.
