The most invested in digital commerce channel amongst business-to-consumer (B2C) organizations in the United States was a company website for commercial purposes (74 percent). Social media (60 percent) and third-party marketplaces (57 percent) were also heavily invested in channels. Of the selected channels, U.S. B2C companies invested in third-party distributors the least often (34 percent).
