Tech types used for marketing and CX activities the U.S. and Western Europe 2021
During a survey conducted in December 2021 in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, 76 percent of responding senior decision-makers stated that they use the social listening type of technology done by a standalone tech solution for their marketing and customer experience activities. Meanwhile, 24 percent of respondents said they use the same technology as part of a suite of solutions provided by one platform.
