Northern Europe main reasons for using the internet 2022, by country
As of the fourth quarter of 2022, finding information was the main reason for using the internet across all selected Northern European countries. Three in four internet users in Sweden mentioned it as their primary reason for going online. Among other common reasons were keeping up to date with news and events and staying in touch with friends and family. Less popular were using the internet for gaming and making new connections.
