Reasons for canceling an SVOD subscription in Scandinavia 2021-2022
According to a survey from July 2022, 31 percent of Scandinavian respondents stated that they canceled a paid video streaming subscription because they were not using it enough, making this the most common reason. However, financial issues drove the viewers more to cancel paid video streaming subscriptions than in the previous year, with 24 percent of respondents stating that the subscription was too expensive, up from 21 percent in the survey period of 2021.
