Distribution of hotel bookings channels South Korea 2017-2027
In 2022, around 82 percent of hotel bookings in South Korea took place via online channels such as the hotel's website or through a third-party booking website. The remaining 18 percent were booked via offline channels, such as in-person or over the phone. Online bookings have increased since 2017, and are further estimated to reach up to 90 percent of all bookings by 2027.
